Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive the optimization and strategic alignment of our operational functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams to achieve operational excellence, developing and implementing company-wide processes to drive alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes, and ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams.

  • Lead high-performing operational teams to achieve operational excellence through clear KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and performance frameworks to drive business growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution of high-impact operational initiatives.
  • Oversee process optimization projects to reduce costs, increase speed, and improve customer experience.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in senior operations leadership roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS, fintech, or technology-driven businesses.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in using AI and technology adoption to achieve operational step changes.
  • Highly metric-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
