Workday Integration Specialist

We seek a skilled Workday Integration Specialist to lead our clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM solution. As a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex intersystem problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive, organize, and assign tasks within a project workstream to achieve efficient completion and project goals.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and understanding of client's unique business requirements at all stages of the project.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through all phases of the project, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients, project team, and Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project.
  • Take a leadership position on a project, as Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer.
  • Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
  • Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
  • Mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of consulting experience.
  • Workday Integration, Workday StudioTM, and Workday CCTPTM certification preferred.
  • Project experience in a technical or techno-functional role on one or more ERP implementation projects using SOA tools (SAP NetWeaver, Oracle Fusion, Workday Studio or other middleware platform).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML, etc).
  • B.A./B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science or other engineering discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization.
  • Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding Excel skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growing ecosystem with minimal supervision.
