About the Role

In this exciting Assistant Store Manager position with Jay Jays, you will be working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and develop your leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and stock loss is minimized
  • Act as Store Manager in their absence, including opening and closing the store

What You'll Bring

  • Previous leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally with a strong track record of driving sales and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety procedures
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
