About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our RESIpm QLD team. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating large strata plans, implementing and communicating property by-laws, and ensuring the asset is kept to high standards.
You will work closely with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated, manage and coordinate scheduled statutory certification and inspections of the common properties, and review tender service contracts and provide appropriate scope of work for each contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with committee members to ensure building activity is communicated
- Manage and coordinate large strata plans, implementing and communicating property by-laws
- Managing scheduled statutory certification and inspections of the common properties
- An understanding of defect management, coordination of contractors, managing warranties, and planning activity according to the project plan
- Review tender service contracts and provide appropriate scope of work for each contract
- Organise, manage, and monitor all facets of the estate operations to maximise cost efficiencies and income streams with rental and re-sales
- A high level of customer service, developing and maintaining relationships with all property stakeholders, including owners, tenants, clients, and committees
Requirements:
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration with QLD Office of Fair Trading is required
- Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organised, strategic planning, resourceful, and close attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, and being adept in technology
- A technical understanding of building construction trades, defects, maintenance, and tender service contracts will be advantageous
