About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality supports and making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. You will be responsible for:

  • ENSURING THE ENVIRONMENT IS SAFE AND COMPLIANT WITH NDIS PROVIDER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS;
  • LEADING TEAMS TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING RESULTS IN SUPPORT DELIVERY;
  • WORKING CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS;
  • Maintaining excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years recent experience working as an NDIS registered provider Disability Accommodation Services Manager;
  • A clinical or nursing background will be highly regarded;
  • Extensive knowledge of NDIS (including SDA & SIL) services, supports & frameworks;
  • Strong people management skills and an innovative problem-solver who is able to generate action and lead teams to greatness;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest levels of safety & high-quality supports.
