HEQS Group is a leading company in the home furniture and white goods appliances industry, specializing in online and retail sales. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant/Social Media Marketing Associate in a full-time role.
The ideal candidate will have prior retail sales experience and be skilled in operating, managing, and analyzing various social media platforms. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, enhancing our online presence through social media marketing, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and resolve their queries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication.
- Coordinate the inspection and delivery of goods, as well as arrange returns.
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
- Meet sales targets and maintain a strong understanding of our products and the market.
- Handle payments and manage financial transactions.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers/promotions.
Social Media Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy and goals, aligning with our brand identity across platforms.
- Create and edit engaging content, including photos and videos, to promote our products on social media.
- Analyze social media metrics and define KPIs to refine our marketing campaigns.
- Ensure effective marketing techniques are used to maximize social media interaction.
- Engage with social media followers, responding to messages, inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
- At least 1 year of social media experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in social media marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and eBay.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload, and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
