Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare well-balanced and nutritious meals for our residents
- Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents' dietary, individual, and cultural needs are met
- Support the efficient functioning of the kitchen and catering services
- Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures
- Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking and food quality assessment
