About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multi-disciplinary disability services team. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culturally appropriate assessment and interventions to individuals with disabilities who require language, literacy, voice, and specific eating, drinking, or total communication support.
  • Develop and implement treatment and therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of our diverse client base.
  • Deliver evidence-based services that meet the needs of clients, as outlined in their NDIS plans.
  • Participate in support planning processes to ensure coordinated and effective service provision.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including family members and carers, to address client needs and implement effective management strategies.

Requirements
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, person-centred, and strengths-based way across diverse settings.
  • Willingness to contribute to and develop professional skills through internal practice communities.
