As a seasoned digital engineering leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end digital customer journey for 1.5 million home lending customers.

You will define and oversee the development of digital tech roadmaps for the maintenance of our customers' home loans, leveraging next-generation AI strategies to provide a seamless digital experience.

In this high-visibility position, you will take charge of our technology strategy, driving innovation and creating next-level digital customer experiences while ensuring IT risks and technical debt are well understood.

You will foster collaborative teams and work with business executives to drive enduring value for our customers.

We seek passionate technologists experienced in shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments, with expertise in full-stack development (Node.js / Typescript / dot net / AWS), DevSecOps culture, and thought leadership in creating exceptional digital product experiences.
