Airfare Expert Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Airfare Expert to join our Complex Air team at Flight Centre. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, sales, or customer service and be able to deliver exceptional airfare solutions to customers.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will become an airfare guru, helping to plan, book, and coordinate complex travel itineraries for customers.
• You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide unbeatable airfare options that meet their requirements.
• As part of our Round the World air team, you will learn the ins and outs of all things airfares and deliver excellent service while meeting KPIs and incentive targets.
• Key responsibilities include creating unbeatable airfares, delivering exceptional service, and working towards nationally recognised qualifications (Cert 3 & 4 in Travel).

Requirements:

• Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Passion for customer service and travel.
• Comprehensive computer skills and ability to confidently learn new computer systems.
• Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
