We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at PAN India. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooking food to order and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality and prepare food to meet special dietary requirements.
  • Maintain work areas and equipment according to business requirements and train new kitchen staff and apprentices.
  • Plan menus, estimate food requirements, labor costs, and ordering food supplies.
  • Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Indian Cuisine
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with other team members
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Annual Salary: AUD 70,000
