Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and implementing process improvements across the supply chain.

Our ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, including demand planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and strategic sourcing. They will also have experience working with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S/4HANA, as well as proficiency in related interfaces and technology platforms.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases, create project plans, and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success. They will also build actionable roadmaps, support the creation of business cases, and deliver implementation support where needed.

In addition, they will act as a conduit between customers and product management/engineering to prioritize product roadmaps with customer needs, run/support industry-specific round tables and events for SCM and particularly within supply chain planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives and implement process improvements across the supply chain
  • Develop and implement business cases, create project plans, and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success
  • Build actionable roadmaps, support the creation of business cases, and deliver implementation support where needed
  • Act as a conduit between customers and product management/engineering to prioritize product roadmaps with customer needs
  • Run/support industry-specific round tables and events for SCM and particularly within supply chain planning and execution
Requirements
  • 7+ years professional experience working as a senior SAP IBP consultant
  • Expert knowledge in SAP IBP and ideally covering at least 5+ full implementation life cycles
  • Proven project deliver experience with product and domain knowledge in SAP IBP covering a broad range of modules like DP, S&OP, Supply Planning, etc.
  • Proven deliver experience in projects that have included associated processes like Demand Management, Inventory Management, Capacity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Planning, Plan execution in SAP PPDS, All relevant master data and organisation structure
  • Knowledge around planning and execution of SAP Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) processes and IBP is a plus
  • Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices (where applicable)
  • Associate SAP Certification in the Core area and/or a professional certification will be an advantage
  • APICS or Oliver Wight certification a bonus
  • ABAP development and CPDIS skills a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
  • Ease in presenting complex information to customers in a clear, well documented and trustworthy manner
  • Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
  • Strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges
  • Experience with ML, IoT, SAP Joule and other AI tools is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of programming is a plus
  • Practical experience with process modelling tools Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe is a plus
