Transfer Pricing Specialist

This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage economic expertise and analytical skills in the context of transfer pricing. As a key member of our Economist Practice team, you will be responsible for delivering sophisticated economic analysis and advice on complex cross-border transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality economic analysis and advice on intricate cross-border transactions
  • Ensure alignment with the arm's length principle to facilitate fair and accurate tax outcomes in accordance with Australian law
  • Develop innovative international tax strategies and compliance initiatives
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing training on economic and technical matters
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve complex transfer pricing and profit shifting risks

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of transfer pricing and understanding of Australia's legislative framework
  • Economic acumen to provide clear, detailed advice on complex issues with confidence and precision
  • Strategic leadership and vision to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
  • Adept at working in a fast-paced, analytical environment with global influence
