About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Engineer to join our team and drive customer success in the Sydney region. As a key member of our solutions architecture team, you will work closely with customers to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address their business needs and accelerate adoption of AWS services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop new skills, and make a significant impact on our customers' success.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their business requirements and design cloud-based solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of AWS services and technologies to stay ahead of the curve and provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Capture and share best practices and knowledge within the organization to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure, preferably in the cloud.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS services and technologies, including migration and transformation expertise.
  • Strong technical skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
