Job Title

We are seeking experienced Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a strong passion for the security industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing security services, supporting tenants, guests, and visitors at our shopping precinct. This includes:

  • Building relationships with key tenants and familiarisation
  • Managing access and responding to client requests
  • Ensuring safety and security for the site
  • Managing emergency situations and demonstrating proactive security awareness

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A current NSW Full Security Licence
  • Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
  • Previous experience in Retail Security (not essential)
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to take ownership of service delivery
  • High-level problem-solving skills
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours
