We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Educator. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start their career in early childhood education.

\Your Role\

As a Trainee Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our centres. You will work closely with our experienced educators and leadership team to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

\Your Key Responsibilities\
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart's policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
