Job DescriptionThis position has been created to support a range of exciting and unique projects. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our software engineering, hardware and quantum sensing teams.
Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, engaging with the market aligned to current and future needs.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to identify employer branding and talent related marketing opportunities.
- Participate in various global talent conferences and events.
- Minimum 7+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a startup or tech related environment.
- Strong interest in emerging and deep technologies.
- Ability to advise, influence and support diverse stakeholders at all levels within the company.
