Workplace Concierge Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Concierge to join our Support Team. As part of this team, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting positions across the portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone energetic, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while working alongside diverse teams.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every interaction is seamless and memorable, playing a crucial supporting role for our clients, working across any of the core services: Front of house (Reception), Concierge, Placemaking support, Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curate exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants.
  • Ensure every interaction is seamless and memorable.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
  • Strongly embody a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
