A leading online cruise travel agency is seeking a results-driven CRM specialist to join its global team.

The ideal candidate will develop and own the end-to-end CRM Roadmap for the Australian customer base, deliver on leads and revenue targets, optimize CRM performance, drive flawless execution of all CRM campaigns, analyze and optimize CRM touchpoints, manage Voice-of-Customer Feedback collection and analysis, and scale what works.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager to set lead generation, conversion, and pipeline goals via CRM channels, grow retention and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and provide detailed reporting and data analysis for maximum visibility into CRM performance vs targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and owning the end-to-end CRM Roadmap for the Australian customer base
  • Determining lead and revenue targets from existing customers and marketing subscribers
  • Optimizing CRM performance by coordinating product and offer selection with the Country Head and Cruise Product teams
  • Driving flawless execution of all CRM campaigns throughout the customer journey stages: Sign-Up, Welcome, Sales Offers, Retargeting, Reactivation, Loyalty, and CX Feedback
  • Analyzing and optimizing all CRM touchpoints
  • Managing Voice-of-Customer Feedback collection and analysis
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
  • Campaign Management and Execution

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
