Pharmaceutical Research Lead

We're looking for a strategic Senior Research Manager to join our team.
- You'll partner with senior leadership, welcome your ideas and progress at an accelerated pace.
- The ideal candidate will have 2–7+ years of market research agency experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
In this full-service consulting role, you'll be hands-on with running projects from A-Z:
- Project management, designing discussion guides and surveys,
- Quantitative analysis (Q), charting/coding qualitative facilitation (in-depth interviews, workshops and groups),
- Report writing, insight generation and delivering presentations that drive impact to clients.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including hands-on experience with Q
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
- A motivated, collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear commercial insights
