Job Overview:

As a frontline team member at EG Australia, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Promote products and exciting in-store deals to drive sales and revenue growth

Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries to maintain efficiency and productivity

Maintain a safe working environment at all times to protect yourself and others from harm

Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation to enhance the shopping experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential

A confident and energetic approach to each shift is essential

Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail are required

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player with excellent communication skills
