Job Title: Store Officer

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Store Officer. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for managing goods flow, storage, and beverage requisitions while maintaining the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage inventory levels, receiving and ordering stock according to established procedures.
  • Maintain par level stock for satisfaction of goods and services.
  • Ensure the security of stock, stock control, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods with precision, managing stock control and quality.
  • Handle beverage requisitions and print orders.
  • Prepare beverages and deliver them to outlets.
  • Complete internal stock transfers and stocktake of bars and restaurants.
  • Assist our Purchasing Manager with stocktakes.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve stock discrepancies, and handle returns or credits.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A good level of physical fitness as this is a hands-on role.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid computer skills and intermediate excel skills.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a similar role in luxury hotels/resorts.
  • An understanding of HACCP procedures and WHS guidelines, particularly around manual handling.
  • A personable character with a passion to build strong guest relations.
  • A good command in written and spoken English.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
