As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs to children, while also supporting local families and creating positive relationships within the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging programs for children, using industry-leading tools and resources.
- Manage compliance documents and administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Mentor and support a team of educators, promoting their growth and development within the industry.
- Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff.
- Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry, with a strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
- Completed or in the process of completing an ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Valid Employee Working with Children's Check and Child Protection/Mandatory Reporting certificate.
- HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and Food Handling certificate.
