  • Research:
    • Conduct research on trends in target industries, authorities, and regulations, gathering information to identify new business opportunities.
    • Research project finance, real estate finance, and LBO finance, gathering information from industry sources.
    • Research ESG-related trends, regulations, and corporate activities.
    • Attend meetings with bank representatives and conduct customer interviews.
    • Gather information to monitor existing finance booked by overseas branches.
    • Conduct surveys on collateral property and target projects, confirming operation status.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare reports and provide information to Singapore branch and Research department.
    • Share information collected during survey activities with overseas branches from time to time.
    • Prepare and provide industry survey reports related to finance under consideration by overseas branches.

Requirements:

  • Degree in finance from a major Australian university.
  • Experience in research within project finance, real estate, or corporate finance at a major bank or consulting firm.
  • Strong skills in information gathering and reporting.
  • Corporate finance skills are a plus.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
