Mental Health Nursing Support Program Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Mental Health Nurse to join our team at SA Health. As a Graduate Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct mental health nursing care to a designated group of consumers, working under the supervision of a designated preceptor.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing services in health service settings, including mental health services at Glenside Health Services and other locations across the metropolitan and regional areas.
- Accept accountability for your own standard of nursing care and for activities delegated to others.
- Use the process of nursing to deliver direct and comprehensive nursing care and individual case management to consumers within a designated practice setting.
- Consult and liaise with other professional disciplines and non-governmental organisations to provide education, counselling, and group work.
- Registered as a Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia and holds a current practising certificate.
- Enrolled or undertaking studies toward a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing.
