About the Role

Support customers navigating their renovation journey to create their perfect bathroom. Assist with product choices, use a 3D Planner, visit sites for updates, and maintain great relationships.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Assist customers choose bathroom products
  • Use a 3D Planner to bring customer dreams to life
  • Visit customers onsite for updates and relationship-building
  • Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail sales or customer service experience, with a passion for building relationships
  • Energetic and willing to learn and grow, even without bathroom experience
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
  • Open to various shifts, including weekends
  • Willingness to develop your career within our network or head office
