We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Activities
- Clarify and process loan set bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Enter consignment set cases and replenish consignment sets to meet customer demands.
- Invoice loan set and consignment operations, including problem-solving and communication with customers.
- Carry out customer order entry and maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Liaise with couriers to track and resolve any issues related to carrier distribution services.
- Facilitate repair and repair loaner system to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Review and process credits to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Process internal orders as required to meet business needs.
- Monitor and action daily and weekly reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize customer service.
- Ensure all monthly responsibilities are completed during the month to meet business objectives.
- Ensure correct authorization is obtained with appropriate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure purchase orders are received and invoices are processed within one month of the surgery date to meet business needs.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed and accurate product information to meet customer needs.
- Timely communication to internal staff regarding potential sales and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Actively assist the loan sets team to ensure seamless customer service.
- Other projects as may be required to meet business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal staff.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues and improve business processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using technology to manage customer data and process transactions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
