Job Description

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Lead will be responsible for driving independent assurance across program delivery, risk mitigation, and benefits realization.

This role will oversee the development of robust assurance, governance, and performance frameworks that underpin the successful delivery of Council's transformation programs.

The TMO Lead will foster effective communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and serve as a bridge between the program delivery team, including executive leadership.
