Avionics Specialist Position

A high-level avionics specialist is required to assume key responsibilities in our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of civil aviation regulations and demonstrated proficiency in managing time-sensitive tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, conduct routine and non-routine maintenance, and perform repairs on aircraft systems and components according to regulatory requirements and established procedures.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as directed.
  • Supervise and certify aircraft work conducted by unlicensed AMEs and apprentices assigned to their supervision.
Requirements:
  • Certificate of approval from CASA (type not necessarily required)
  • Strong comprehension of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations applicable to certificates of approvals
  • Demonstrated time management skills to accomplish tasks under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to contribute effectively within a small team environment
Working Conditions:

Engineers must be capable of utilizing various systems across CASA and company networks and obtaining an ASIC, as well as holding an airside driver's license. Human factors training and a current passport are also essential.
