Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Gold Coast and South Brisbane areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, delivering high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and create tailored therapy plans underpinning evidence-based practice.
  • Deliver meaningful and engaging therapy sessions to pediatric clients in clinic and community settings.
  • Take progress notes and write NDIS reports as required.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary package starting from $80,000 - $95,000 including superannuation.
  • An uncapped professional development allowance for external training.
  • The opportunity to participate in leadership courses and annual company-wide conferences.
  • Fortnightly supervision with a senior occupational therapist.
  • A comprehensive 4-day induction program and ongoing support to ensure success in your role.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Prior experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred but not essential.
