Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional educator to join our Senior Leadership Team as the Director of Teaching and Learning (K-6). The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader who drives excellence, passion, and innovation within our educational program and pedagogical practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilize and coordinate the abilities and efforts of staff members in relation to teaching and learning
  • Drive excellence, passion, and innovation within the School's educational program and pedagogical practices
  • Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to improve teaching practices and student engagement
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning programs
