About the Role

We're seeking a hospitality leader who excels in high energy environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role involves full responsibility for day-to-day operations, including:

  • Recruiting and developing a team across departments
  • Overseeing bar, dining, gaming, accommodation and bottleshop operations
  • Driving service standards and establishing operational excellence
  • Managing rosters, costs, profit margins and supplier relationships
  • Ensuring compliance with all liquor licensing, WHS, HR policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing large hospitality venues
  • Strong understanding of gaming compliance
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with focus on training and culture building
  • Exceptional financial and operational controls
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Can-do attitude with flexibility to adapt as the venue evolves
  • Passion for creating modern, welcoming pub experiences
