Medical Imaging Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Imaging Field Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service support and project work to our clients in the healthcare sector.
Main Responsibilities:- Install, diagnose, repair, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance on medical imaging equipment.
- Conduct installations of X-ray systems and other devices according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging equipment, ensuring timely resolution and updates.
- Perform remote diagnostic procedures at client sites.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, expenses, and time reports.
- Hold or be eligible for relevant electrical and/or radiation licenses.
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrate proven experience in electro-mechanical service and repair work, preferably with medical imaging products.
- Have basic IT knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC repairs, and database management.
- Familiarity with medical imaging standards such as DICOM and HL7 is essential.
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus is required.
To comply with customer and state health policies, vaccination against preventable diseases may be necessary.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Australia.
