We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Tasmania. The Sales & Warehouse Operator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring stock movements and maintenance, and loading trucks with customer orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in store and in the warehouse.
  • Stock management and maintenance.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and adhering to safety requirements.
  • Unloading inbound orders of stock.
  • Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store.
  • Ensuring documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
  • Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A strong work ethic.
  • The ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
  • An eagerness to learn about products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confidence and well-presentation when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast paced and busy environment.
  • Collaboration with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
  • A valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
