About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at KinCare, providing in-home care services to older adults in Coffs Harbour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and social support.
  • Offer personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to promote independence and dignity.
  • Provide emotional support and respite to our customers, helping them to maintain their quality of life and wellbeing.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support, helping them to stay connected with their community.

Requirements
