Cyber Security Services Leader

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our cyber security services and ensure the delivery of excellent results within contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Information Security Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and providing guidance on risk assessments, security advice, and threat management.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation at meetings with customers and third parties as required

• Provide risk assessments, security advice, and guidance to stakeholders

• Investigate, assess, and report on potential cyber security threats and vulnerabilities

• Perform security evaluations of infrastructure changes and provide recommendations for improvement

• Support external assessments of the client's infrastructure and develop remediation plans where necessary

Requirements

• Relevant university degree or higher in a field such as IT or computer science

• At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role within a managed services environment

• One or more relevant certifications, such as CISSP or CISM

• In-depth knowledge of security-related network and system infrastructures gained over at least 5 years

• Exposure to key information security standards, including NIST, ACSC ISM, and AS/NZS27001/27002
