Cleaner and Housekeeping Services Required

Our clients are seeking a reliable individual to provide top-notch cleaning services for their homes around the Gold Coast. As a cleaner and housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas of the home are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors, including hardwood, tile, and carpeted areas. Spot clean or shampoo carpets and rugs as needed.
  • Dusting: Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, shelves, baseboards, and decorative items.
  • Trash Removal: Empty waste bins in all rooms and dispose of trash in designated areas.
  • Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and stovetops. Wipe down appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, and oven.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and mirrors. Wipe down counters and clean floors.
  • Bed Making and Linen Changing: Make beds and change linens as requested.
  • Window and Glass Cleaning: Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces, removing streaks and smudges.
  • Laundry: Wash, dry, fold, and put away laundry as needed.
  • Upholstery and Furniture Care: Vacuum and spot-clean upholstery. Polish wooden furniture and clean other furniture surfaces.

Additional Responsibilities (if requested):

  • Grocery Unpacking and Organization: Assist with unpacking and organizing groceries.
  • Pet Care: Clean pet areas, such as litter boxes, and vacuum pet hair.
  • Errands: Run errands such as picking up dry cleaning or household items.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Supply Management: Inform the homeowner when cleaning supplies are running low.
  • Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues or damages noticed during cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Experience with cleaning
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening (yellow card)
  • Current Working with Children Check (blue card)
