Your goal is to ensure our rooms and suites are always fresh and welcoming for guests. This involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, handling guest requests, and keeping supervisors informed of room service progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in rooms and suites
- Help guests with requests such as toothbrushes or directions
- Keep supervisors informed of room service progress and alert them to repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when necessary
- Be organized and minimize waste
- Reunite lost items with their owners and log found property
- Wear uniform with pride and work as part of a team
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities
- Report and log lost and found items
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to be on feet most of the day
- Strength for occasional lifting and pushing/pulling heavy objects
- Literacy skills for reading, writing, and basic math
- Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
