Job Title: Home Support Worker

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity to work in home care, delivering support services under a Consumer Directed Care model. As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to individuals who are aged, frail, or living with a disability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry duties.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Deliver services that respect client choice and independence, in line with the Consumer Directed Care model.
  • Contribute to maintaining safe, hygienic, and supportive home environments for vulnerable individuals.
What We Are Looking For
  • Limited experience in the areas of housekeeping is desirable.
  • Flexibility, empathy, and the ability to work autonomously in the community are essential.
  • A strong commitment to supporting independence and dignity for clients is required.
  • Reliability and a conscientious approach to service delivery are necessary.
