Lead Dry Fire Technician
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Dry Fire Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of dry technicians and provide technical advice regarding dry fire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, leading a team of dry technicians, and working closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers.
This role requires strong technical skills, experience within the Fire Services Industry, and a proven ability to achieve targets while maintaining focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of dry technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Technical Advice: Provide technical advice regarding dry fire and assist in the development of solutions to improve client outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the work coordination team and Customer Account Managers to ensure a smooth workflow and effective communication.
Selection Criteria:
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background and experience within the Fire Services Industry.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience and ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to improve client outcomes.
