About the Role

Culture Kings, a leading streetwear retailer in Australia, is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Content Producer to join their team in Melbourne. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that represents the intersection of music, sport, and fashion.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media content strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. Your primary objective will be to create engaging, high-quality content that showcases Culture Kings' brand values and products, drives business growth, and builds a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create high-quality visual content, including images, videos, and Reels, using editing software such as CapCut.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging, concise content.
  • Strong visual creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing software (CapCut).
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite Insights) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
