The role of Accommodation Manager is critical to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Management: Lead the Front Office team to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualised customer focused service.
  • Reservations and Guest Services: Ensure seamless reservations, guest arrivals and departures processes that adhere to set procedures and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the Sales Department to drive sales and marketing targets within the Front Office team based on key deliverables.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maximise the utilisation of the Front Office system to produce accurate reports meeting operational needs and ensure lobby services are efficient.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Regularly liaise with Maintenance to ensure maintenance requests are completed promptly, focusing on guest needs. Support Housekeeping to maintain room cleanliness standards while meeting productivity goals.
  • Night Audit and Reporting: Conduct an effective night audit function, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, while maintaining customer focus.
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare Front Office recurring reports, commenting on key performance indicators and providing insights for improvement.

  • Leadership and Teamwork: Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the use of Front Office systems and software, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
