Job Overview

AWS Infrastructure Services owns and operates all AWS global infrastructure. We're the team responsible for keeping the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers, and ensuring our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on.

We work on complex problems with numerous variables impacting the supply chain. Our team is diverse, consisting of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.

You'll collaborate with people across AWS to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

As a Data Centre Security Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the physical security of an AWS Data Centre in Sydney. You'll oversee access control systems, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing security operations at an AWS Data Centre
  • Directing contract guard force operations
  • Managing security incidents and conducting post-incident investigations
  • Supporting business continuity responses to emergencies
