Compassionate Care Worker Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Compassionate Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our customers by providing them with the support and care they need to maintain their independence and well-being.

Job Description

As a Compassionate Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their daily living needs, including personal care, domestic assistance, and social support. You will work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Aged Care, Nursing etc.)
  • Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 20kg)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
