About the Role

The Aquatic Services Manager will oversee the management and operation of the swim school and related programs, ensuring financial performance meets annual business plan goals and targets.

As a leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of swim teachers and squad coaches, delivering programs to the highest standards and promoting customer service excellence.

About You

You will have a passion for swimming and student progression, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service. You should be energetic, dynamic, and fun, with the ability to work with children and communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Essential Criteria

  • AUSTSWIM Certificate (Teaching of water swimming and water safety or equivalent)
  • AUSTSWIM extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous Swim School or Leisure Supervisor Experience
  • Previous experience leading a large workforce towards business outcomes
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience
  • Previous experience leading/reporting/monitoring financial outcomes
  • National Police Check
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
