Speech Pathology Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to improve the lives of individuals with communication disorders and swallowing difficulties.

As a Speech Pathologist working within the National Disability Insurance Scheme, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Provide therapy sessions to help patients improve their communication skills and overcome challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for participants.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, progress notes, and reports.
  • Educate and support families and caregivers on strategies and techniques.
  • Stay updated on research and evidence-based practices in speech pathology.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of services.
  • Manage caseloads effectively and meet reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
