About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Security Enablement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Security Enablement team, you will drive strategic change and continuous improvement to enhance our Cyber Security Practice and provide better experiences for our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve security outcomes across the Group.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify key goals and succession plans.
  • Influence and advise stakeholders on security matters with confidence and presence.
  • Leverage your technical background in cyber security to translate complex information into business language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improvement.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strategic mindset with experience in influencing executive leadership.
  • Broad executive management and engagement experience, working across multiple business units.
  • Proficiency in consulting across various business units, driving change, improvement, and collaboration.
  • Experience in influencing the wider organization to work more collaboratively, efficiently, and safely.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has a foundational understanding of cyber or IT, with a technical background in cyber security.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is proactive, customer-obsessed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration Package:

We offer a competitive remuneration package, estimated to be around $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
