Delivering Exceptional Workplace Experience

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Workplace Experience Ambassador. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for clients and guests.

  • Provide high-level service to clients and guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and catering requests, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with IT and corporate services teams to resolve technical issues and maintain office areas.
  • Greet and assist guests, handling administrative tasks and supporting events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Background in financial services or hospitality is a plus.
