About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Services team, you will oversee a passionate team of specialist Service Representatives within our New South Wales region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Field Service professionals across our growing New South Wales operations
  • Manage team performance, development and ensure resources are utilised effectively
  • Frequently interact with Customers, focusing on account management and new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive Customer outcomes and growth
  • Play a key technical role and act as a role model for best practice
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on project status, business performance and financials
  • Contribute to workforce planning, Subcontractor management and special projects
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (A Grade Electrical or similar Technical Trade) and proven leadership experience
  • Proven leadership capabilities and technical resource management skills
  • Sound project management skills and operational delivery experience
  • Intermediate IT skills and data analysis abilities
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex challenges
  • Positive behaviours supporting our Values and HSE practices
