Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead our technology direction and align it with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Technology to define technology strategies that support business growth
  • Lead high-level solutioning for complex cross-organisational initiatives, evaluating feasibility and vendor/tooling options
  • Co-develop and maintain Domain's architectural artefacts (e.g. capability models and maturity assessments)
  • Mature the organisation's architectural culture by leading Architecture Guilds, defining best-practices, participating in architectural governance, and taking opportunities to coach and mentor teams


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, with a broad range of technical knowledge
  • Tackling technical challenges in complex ecosystems
  • Experience in fast-paced agile environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
